Your heart, as a pastor, runs deep for your congregation. The dedication, in which you serve, is the heartbeat of the ministry. You serve selflessly, working endless hours often without a complaint. This is all done because of your love and compassion for those to whom you serve.

We understand that the role of a pastor can carry deep burdens associated with leadership and shepherding. While trying to take care of others, you often neglect to take care of yourself. You frequently find yourself managing large amounts of stress, which can lead to depression, anxiety, and in some cases suicide.

Reading through the Gospels, Jesus was always surrounded by his disciples. He even requested for them to join him in prayer (Matthew 26:40). Jesus is our prime example for leadership, shepherding, mentoring, etc., yet you rarely found Jesus without his disciples. It is felt that Pastors often tend to walk this walk alone. In 1st Thessalonians verse 11 scripture admonishes us to encourage and to build each other up.

ZHS (Zebulon Health Solution) is a non-for-profit Faith Based organization looking to empower leaders of religious organizations helping them to become healthy spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically and financially, so that they can be effective in their communities.

Telehealth

Telehealth is an online video-based platform, very similar to Zoom and FaceTime. This platform allows you to have access to our coaching staff from the comfort of your home, office or even your car, utilizing any smart phone device, thus giving you the ability to access us from wherever is most convenient for you.

Our video platform is hosted through Simple Practice, which is HIPAA compliant, secure and allows for ultimate privacy during your sessions. We understand that you’re busy and instead of having to come to an office for in-person sessions, our team of pastors will meet you online for your scheduled sessions.
