Zebulon?

In Deuteronomy 33: 18-19 Moses prophesied how the Tribes of and would work together.
Zebulun was known for being practical and business minded, they would provide support to the Tribe of Issachar who consist of teachers, scholars and judges who would devote to their studies of the Torah the Word of God.
